Peacemakers

“Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God.”  Matthew 5:9

Peace has

Come near.

Peace on

The streets,

Peace in

The neighborhood,

Peace in our places

Of Worship.

We preach peace

To those afar,

But I tell you

Peace has come

Near to us today.

Preach peace

On every mountainside,

And valley low.

Beloved peacemakers-

Dear Children of God.

For once

You were far

Away,

But now you have

Been brought near

By the blood of Christ. (Ephesians 2:13)
